She has worked at Triunfo Participações e Investimentos for 18 years, where she participated directly in the structuring of IPO, in more than 7 M&A processes, raising more than R$ 2 billion in debts (private and public banks), Joint Venture implementation in mining and extrajudicial and judicial recovery.

Graduated in Civil Engineering from Universidade Positivo and Business Administration from FAE Business School, with an MBA in corporate finance. Member of TMA Brasil. Fluent in Portuguese and English.
