French citizen, he is Naxentia’s Managing Director in Sao Paulo.

Specialist in M&A and restructuring, he has participated in more than 20 projects of restructuring and performance improvement in sectors such as Food and consumer goods, transportation, services. With over 20 years of professional experience, he has acted as CEO, CFO and CRO, always creating value for clients. In Brazil, he worked on prominent projects such as Bombril, BRA airlines and Chocolates Pan.

He currently leads Naxentia’s operation in Brazil, working in national and international M&A transactions involving Brazil.

He worked in investment banking, strategy consultancy and held acting management positions, mainly in France, Chile and Brazil. He holds a master’s degree in corporate finance from the University of Sorbonne in Paris and an MBA from Insead. Fluent in French, Portuguese and English.
